Responsibilities

1. Provide service & technical support.
2. Solve problem at site.
3. Assist with product testing (issue checking, compliance testing, etc.) and claim report for all returned defective products / in-house stocks.
4. Assist with product repairs & touch-ups.
5. Assist with assembly work in the warehouse.
6. Assist with daily warehouse duties when needed.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM or SVM (Sijil Vokasional Malaysia) certificate.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage)
3. Possess electrical or mechanical basic knowledge will be an added advantage.
4. Candidates with electrical or related experience are preferred.
5. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
6. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Working Hours

1. Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.30pm)
