PERKESO PenjanaKerjaya 2.0 REGISTRATION FORM

PERKESO PenjanaKerjaya 2.0 under Pelan Jana Semula Ekonomi Negara (PENJANA) is aimed at stimulating work demand among employers and increasing employment opportunities and employability among local job seekers. This program was commissioned to be implemented by the Ministry of Human Resources through the National Job Services Provider ( SOCSO).

Participant Registration

Apprentice Incentives for employers who apprenticely recruit local job seekers among school leavers and graduates.

Insentif Perantis bagi majikan yang mengambil pencari kerja tempatan secara perantis dalam kalangan lepasan sekolah dan graduan.

There are three categories:

  • Local Hiring Incentives under the age of 40;
  • Local Hiring Incentives aged 40 years until 60 years; and
  • Local Recruitment Incentives in the disabled are easily affected by the disabled and participants of the SOCSO Return to Work Programme.

Note: The age of the job seeker is based on the current age of the recruitment date by the employer.


Terdapat tiga kategori:

  • Insentif Pengambilan Pekerja tempatan di bawah umur 40 tahun;
  • Insentif Pengambilan Pekerja tempatan berumur 40 tahun sehingga 60 tahun; dan
  • Insentif Pengambilan Pekerja tempatan dalam golongan mudah terjejas terutamanya Orang Kurang Upaya (OKU) dan peserta Program Return to Work PERKESO.

Nota: Umur pencari kerja adalah berdasarkan pada umur semasa tarikh pengambilan oleh majikan.

Bayaran one-off kepada pekerja melalui majikan yang berpindah dari lokasi tempat pemastautin pencari kerja;

Provide reskilling and upskilling based on employer and employee needs taken under this #HireMalaysia.

Menyediakan latihan semula (reskilling and upskilling) berdasarkan keperluan majikan dan pekerja yang diambil di bawah kategori #HireMalaysia.
