Khazanah Nasional Short-Term Employment Program or MySTEP 2023 Program is a Government initiative to offer contract employment opportunities across all economic sectors.

1. Below 30 years old.
2. Malaysian graduates from universities and colleges with a recognised Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualification or with some working experience.
3. Minimum 6 months contract (1 month training + 5 months OJT).
4. Mandatory to attend 1 Month Soft & Functional Skills Training.
5. Unemployed for at least 1 month.
6. Possesses strong interest towards being employed.
7. Have not participated in other MySTEP programmes.
8. Fully vaccinated.

1. Fresh graduates who do not have any working experience (has completed final exam).
2. Unemployed and/or retrenched workers for at least 1 month.
