Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services in retail stores.
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration and leveraging the right internal processes.
Monitor the pulse of online campaigns on the website. Facebook E-commerce, and other social media platforms by using key metrics for business improvements and decisions.
Identifying new business opportunities by researching new technologies, markets, and competitors.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in existing markets or new markets.
Create an effective store environment that will attract customers with visual appeal, comfort, and convenience.
Meet with store managers to discuss performance metrics and identify problem areas and how to improve.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for increasing store traffic, sales, and new business opportunities.
This position is based at Headquarters in Kuching, Sarawak.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, or similar
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, retail industry, marketing, and business.
Creativity, specific vision, leadership sense of time management, and critical perception.
Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
Working experience in retail, marketing, or the FMCG industry would be an advantage
Good communication in both verbal and written: English, Bahasa, and Mandarin.
