POSITION : RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT

LOCATION: LOTUS, BANDAR INDERA MAHKOTA,KUANTAN,PAHANG

JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Greeting customers and offering assistance
• Recommending products or merchandise to help customers
• Approach customers and sell products
• Ensure products are presentable and clean
• Be aware of shoplifting and and payment or identity fraud
• Maintaining a clean shop floor
• Informing customers of product benefits
• Setting up windos displays

Retail Assistant Skills and Requirements

• good in Computer literacy
• Good numerical and verbal communication skills
• An engaging and friendly personality
• Punctuality
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
