• Ensure order processing and payment are performed on a timely basis and turnaround time for order processing is within 24 hours, in compliance with the documented procedures. • Able to manage high volume of e-mails related to order management. • Email correspondence with Hong Kong ( Regional ) • Ensure to provide accurate, complete order entries and sales revenue. • Ensure the filing system and information posted into the system is up to-date. • To prepare Sales Incentive Calculation for Sales representatives. • To be responsible for document filing. • Support Assistant Finance Manager in logistic / sales order keying in and delivery follow up

Our Client is an international fragrance and cosmetics retailer of body, face and home products. They are seeking dynamic and highly-motivated individuals to join us for the following positions:

 Order Processing Cum Accounts Assistant/Executive

(Menara Milenium Damansara)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure order processing and payment are performed on a timely basis and turnaround time for order processing is within 24 hours, in compliance with the documented procedures.
  • Able to manage high volume of e-mails related to order management.
  • Email correspondence with Hong Kong ( Regional )
  • Ensure to provide accurate, complete order entries and sales revenue.
  • Ensure the filing system and information posted into the system is up to-date.
  • To prepare Sales Incentive Calculation for Sales representatives.
  • To be responsible for document filing.
  • Support Assistant Finance Manager in logistic / sales order keying in and delivery follow up

 Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or LCCI or any accounting certificate.
  • Min 2 years of working experience in Account / Admin.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
  • Female ( 25 – 40 ) and open race
  • Good command in English & Bahasa
  • Must able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese

 Remuneration package:

  • Salary range RM 2,500.00 – RM 3,500.00
  • 13 month salary
  • 16 days Annual leave
  • 5 days a week
  • Extra off day when PH falls on Saturday
  • Medical & insurance
