(1) Responsibilites:
(a) Operation:photocopy, send and receive correspondences, filing documents, opening &closing of the office.
(b) Administrative: Taking calls, following up, arranging appointment, andentering events into the calendar.
(c) Finance- issue invoices and follow up on payment, arrange bills, and issuereceipts on payment.
(d) Generate reports
(e) Customer service- follow up on the customer.
(f) Other duties as assigned from time to time.
2. Requirements:
(a) Graduated with atleast a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.
(b) Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese speakingwill be an added advantage.
(c) Polite and well-mannered.
(d) Detailed, responsible, and accountable.
(e) Computer and Microsoft Office- Word and Excel literate.
(f) Prior working experience in a law firm and basic conveyancing experiencewill be an added advantage
3. Benefits:
(a) Salary: RM 2,000- 2,500
