Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner

Our main business scope covers manufacture and sales of architectural processed glass. We have an advance manufacturing equipment's and various deep glass processing equipment's based in Malaysia which gives us the advantage of being the most competitive and influential enterprise in the world.

  • Processing incoming mail
  • Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
  • Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
  • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Administering new employment assessments
  • Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment
  • Process work pass application, renewal, cancellation and related process for expats.
  • Maintain and upkeep of the office equipment, fixtures & fittings, facilities and cleaning services
  • Coordinate staff event
  • Maintain and monitor Company utility bill, vehicle license and tenancy agreement renewal
