Cleaning Specialist Job Duties

Cleaning Specialist have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

Cleaning and dusting: Dusting surfaces, furniture, window sills, and other accessible areas to remove dirt and debris.

Vacuuming and sweeping: Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and upholstery, as well as sweeping and mopping hard floors to eliminate dirt and dust.

Kitchen cleaning: Cleaning  and sanitizing kitchen appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinets. Wiping down kitchen surfaces and maintaining a tidy kitchen area.

Bathroom cleaning: Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and mirrors. Replacing towels and toiletries as needed.

Bedmaking: Changing bedlinen s and making beds to keep bedrooms neat and tidy.

Laundry: Washing, drying, and folding clothes, linens, and towels. Ironing and/or steaming garments as required.

Organization: Organizing and decluttering rooms, ensuring items are appropriately stored, and maintaining a neat appearance.

Trash removal: Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly.

Window cleaning: Cleaning windows, glass doors, and mirrors to maintain a clear and streak-free appearance.

Polishing: Polishing surfaces, such as wooden furniture or metal fixtures, to maintain their shine.

Special tasks: Occasionally performing deep cleaning tasks, such as cleaning carpets, washing walls, or cleaning inside appliances.

Communication: Reporting any maintenance issues or supplies needed to the homeowner or supervisor.

Following instructions: Adhering to specific cleaning instructions and preferences of the homeowner.

Respect for privacy: Respecting the privacy of the homeowners and their personal belongings.

Time management: Efficiently managing time to complete tasks within the allotted cleaning schedule. 

Maintenance of cleaning equipment: Keeping cleaning tools and equipment in good working condition and reporting any issues that need repair or replacement.

Environmentally friendly cleaning: Utilizing eco-friendly cleaning products and practic es when possible, as directed by the Service Manager.

The more hours you work, the better the incentives and wages you will get. Our professional cleaning team will guide and provide training to you so you don’t have to worry much after joining the team.

We will pro vide opportunities for promotions as well to become Service Manager and lead your own team to service the household.
