The Job:

  • Design and implement a robust social media strategy to align with business goals and meet customers’ needs.
  • Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences globally.
  • Handle social media presence for our products to ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
  • Proactively perform content dissemination, social audits, audience analysis, social listening and competitive audits.
  • Lead digital campaign strategy and planning, from ideation to execution – together with the digital team and other departments.
  • Ensure that the digital/online strategy supports broader communication objectives for the company’s products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee design and posting for social media accounts (i.e. Facebook cover, profile pictures, Instagram profile pictures, etc).
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, applications and design tools.

The Person:

  • A hustler or growth hacker with at least 3-5 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
  • Humble to learn, bold in thinking, and result-oriented with hands-on experience in digital content management, social media, and copywriting.
  • Able to think out of the box and deliver/produce content with text, images and videos creatively.
  • Experience working in tech/IT/SAAS/Startup industry will be an added advantage.
  • Experience working with international clients/accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Able to work within a team, and also independently.
