Air Compressor Technician

We are seeking a few good man or woman, to join our team. As an Air Compressor Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing air compressor systems and equipment. Your role will involve troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, conducting routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections of air compressor systems and components.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in air compressor equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, filter replacement, and belt adjustments.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
• Provide technical support to clients and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in air compressor technology.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Air Compressor Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of air compressor systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficient in reading technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment when necessary.
