Position: Admin Assistant

Location: Jalan Tengku Bandar, Port Klang

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administration aspects including preparing offer letters, conducting induction briefings/new hire on-boarding and relevant manpower’s
  • Prepare and update organization charts
  • Coordinate and monitor staff appraisals and handle all administrative functions related to staff confirmation
  • Maintenance of personnel data and files and participate in other HR projects or initiatives from time to time
  • Assist in any job assigned by the superior

 

Requirements:

  • Able to Speak English & Bahasa
  • Outstanding communication & good writing in English & Malay
  • Min SPM with 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Familiar with MS Office applications
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills
  • Computer literate

 

Remuneration Packages:

  • Basic Salary RM 1,500 – RM 2,000
  • Working days : Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.00pm), Sat (8.30am – 1.00pm)
  • Annual Leave 12 days
  • Medical Insurance Coverage
  • EPF & Socso
  • Follow all Selangor Public Holiday
