About Three-Opp (M) Sdn Bhd

We are Malaysia's only single end-to-end supplier of high quality locally manufactured fiber optics and broadband infrastructure products and systems. We were the first to implement the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) and Ethernet to the Home (ETTH) technologies in the country in 2007. We are the infrastructure provider for the country's first High-Speed Broadband (HSBB). The infrastructure was built on Gigabit Ethernet Passive Optical Network (G-PON) system to deliver FTTH technology which in turn enables triple play capabilities. The project, initially rolled out in Subang Jaya is now implemented throughout the country. Keeping abreast with the latest in world-changing technologies, 3OPP is affiliated with a number of international professional bodies such as the FTTH Council Asia Pacific. The FTTH Council Asia Pacific is a not-for-profit organisation established to help its members plan, market, implement and manage FTTH solutions. It is affiliated worldwide by companies interested in leading the FTTH revolution. As a gold member, 3OPP votes on the Council's issues. In addition to this, our engineers are members of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEE) and the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) based in Geneva.


  •  To prepare the relevant company records of the company, to liaise with the banks, customers and suppliers.
  • To assist in accounting and finance tasks .
  • Collections from all sales, outlets, persons, organizations and companies
  • To prepare quotations, proposal and standard letters.
  • To be able to operate the PC to prepare standard documents and letters.
  • To ensure proper filing systems are maintained to ensure client information, product literature, correspondence of all types and other documents related to Sales and Marketing.
  • To be responsible for fulfillment of orders acquired and see to the delivery and completion of the job in total by giving full support both technically and administratively.
  • To work on own initiative with least supervision and to exercise proactive and positive attitude and co-operate at all time and help to co-ordinate in all administrative functions of the company by working closely with other company staff. (I.e. function of managing the office, to help out in the registration of the company with all institutions in general).
  • Monitor cost effective usage of telephone/hand phone lines, electricity and water at all company premises – cost control management
  • Cost control of all company vehicles repairs, maintenance, usage and ensure all vehicle are insured and have valid roadtax
  • Ensure all company registered licenses are renewed in a timely manner eg. Petronas, Telekom Malaysia, MOF, Celcom, TNB etc.Registration.
  • To undertake any other assignments that is handed down from time to time.
