Overview

The Human Resource Executive is responsible for providing support in multi-function of human resources, which include but not limited to staffing, employee services as well as industrial relations. a) Education & Experience - Recognized Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or equivalent. - Minimum of 5 years of related working experience b) Technical Skills - Basic knowledge in all laws and acts that govern employment in Malaysia - Excellent verbal and writing skills in major languages - Computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft application i.e. Word & Excel

  1. Provide immediate HR assistance in assigned scopes to stakeholders based on available resources to meet operational and business’ needs.
  2. Partner with hiring manager to understand recruitment needs which includes matching job descriptions and requirements, preparing job adverts and assist hiring manager in the process of shortlisting, interviewing and selecting the right candidates (including foreign workers hiring).
  3. Prepare scheduled HR dashboard and important metrics for better data visualization pertaining to benefit expenses, staff absenteeism, recruitment activity and payroll information.
  4. Acts as a liaison officer in industrial relations related function in ensuring effective communication with workers union, workers discipline and grievance handling.
  5. Ensure an effective employee services function including but not limited to hostels management, cafeteria and employee shuttle services to/from work and proactively work on improvement from time to time.
  6. Oversee the plant security operations and to work closely with the outsourced Security services to ensure effectiveness and acceptable service level by constantly review areas for improvement.

Salary Range: RM4,000-RM8,000
