Requirements: SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 2 years working experience in Call Centre/Customer Service field. Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills. Have positive working attitude, enjoy assisting and communicating with customers.  Job Descriptions:

  • Handle incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiries or complaints raised by customers.
  • Provide excellent support at the customer service centre and achieve first call resolutions where necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfactions are met.
